In the Name of God Amen I John Pick of Ab Kettleby in the County of Leicester (Farmer) being Weak in Body but thanks be to God of perfect and Sound Sense Memory and Understanding and first I commend my Spirit into the Hands of God who gave it hoping for a Resurrection amongst the Just my Body I commit to the Earth to be decently interr’d at the Discretion of my Executor hereafter Named whom I appoint to pay all my just Debts whatsoever as well as my Funeral Charges

In regard to my worldly Estate I give and bequeath unto my beloved Daughter Ann Freckingham All those House or Houses and all the Premises thereunto belonging now in the several Occupations of Wm Marston and Joseph Brown situate in Ab Kettleby aforesaid for her own Use and Benefit and at her own disposal

In regard to the Rest I give and bequeath unto my Son Wm Pick namely all my Goods, Chattels, Credits and Effects, Stock & whatsoever worldly Estate I may be possess’d of at the time of my Decease, Appointing him (the said Wm Pick) whole and Sole Executor of this my last Will and Testament, and I do hereby declare this to be my last Will and Testament and also hereby do revoke all former Will or Wills deed or deeds whensoever and wheresoever made and in Confirmation hereof I do hereunto set my hand and Seal this 23rd day of February 1803
