This is the last Will and Testament of me Thomas Pepper of Stathern in the County of Leicester Widower and Farmer

In the fist place I will and direct that my Funeral Expences and just Debts be first discharged by my Executrixes herein after named

I then give and bequeath unto my Son James Pepper the sum of ten Pounds As also all my wearing apparel

I also give unto my Daughter Elizabeth Hinman Wife of Thomas Hinman of Melton Mowbray in the County of Leicester Labourer the sum of Five Pounds

And my farther Will is that all my Houshold Goods and Furniture be equally divided amongst my three Daughters Elizabeth Hinman and Ann and Mary Pepper

I then give and bequeath all the rest residue and remainder of all my Goods and Chattels of what kind or quality whatsoever unto my two Daughters Ann and Mary Pepper whom I do hereby nominate and appoint whole and sole Executrixes of this my last Will and Testament

And hereby revoking all former Wills by me made I do make and declare this to be my last Will and Testament

In Witness whereof I have hereunto set my hand and seal this thirty first day of December in the year of our Lord one thousand seven hundred and ninety

Signed sealed and declared by the Testator Thomas Pepper to be his last Will and Testament in the presence of us who as Witness thereof have hereunto subscribed our Names the interlineation between the fourteenth and fifteenth lines being first made

They being duly sworn as well to the faithful execution of the Will as that the Testators Goods Chattels and Credits do not amount in value to the sum of one hundred pounds
