Be it remembered that on the twenty eight day of January in the eleventh year of the Raign of our Sovereign Lord William the third by the grace of God of England Scotland France & Ireland King defender of the faith &c Annoq Dom 1699

Andrew Peet late whilst he lived of Claxton als long Clawson in the County of Leicester tinker, being then sick and weak of body but of perfect mind & memory and with an intent to make & declare his last Will & Testament Nuncupative or by word of mouth uttered & declared these words following, or words to the same effect

First he did give unto his brother & sister William Peet & Elizabeth Smith twelve pence a piece & further did declare himself that all the rest of his goods he gave to Joyce his wife & at last said God work his will appointing his wife Joyce Sole Executrix of this his Will Nuncupative

Which premises the said Andrew Peet did declare in the presence & hearing of divers credible Witnesses whose hands are hereunto sett
