Ano Domani 1667 Desember the Eight and Twenty I William Paine wiek in body but well in mind I bles God for it and in perfit memory I commit my body to the earth and my sole to God that gaf it mee And ordaine this my last will and Testement is that I make my Son William full Exsexetor

Itm I give to my wife a house called Wilsonse hous and a Close caled Over Close liing in Cadwelle for her life and that my Sone shall make the house convenent to live in at his Cost and Charg for her

Itm I give to my wife more two Cowes and twenty Shillings a yere durin the terme of her life to be payed by my excesetor

Itm I give to my Sone William which is my Exsexter all that I purchased at Cadwell exsept that hous and Clos that I gife my wife for her life and after her desese to him and his erese for ever

Further I give to my Sonn William which is my Exsexetor all that belongse to my trad and further I give to my Sonn William which is my Exsexetor three Coues or hors and eighteen sheep and all other goods which ar not here exsepted

Itm I give to my Douter Elisebeth to be payed by my Exsexetor Tenn pound to be payed sixse yere after my desese

Itm I give to my Douter Mary to be payed by my exsexetor ten pound to be payde seven yer after my desese

Itm I give to my Wife all my housald Goodes excepting on Cofer

Itm I give to my wifs Son on Cou be in the Griseld Coue called ederd Caseldine

Itm my Will is that my Wife shale have egres and regres to the well and doun to the dike

Itm I do ouknowlig this to be my last Will and Testement and therto do set my hand
