Memorandum That George Parker late whilst he lived of Hollwell in the County & Archdeaconry of Leic yeoman being of sound mynd & perfect memory and having desire to make and declare his last Will & Testament Nuncupative or by word of mouth did att or upon the Seaventh Day of June in the yeare of our Lord 1678 being the Day of his Death declare his last will & testament Nuncupative In theise words or the like in Effect vizt

He did give & bequeath all his Estates of what Nature or Quallity soever unto Thomas Wormwell his Grandson and declared that he should have the same & noe body else should have any part of itt And did desire Robt Handley John Armeston John Beeston & Maurice Ingels with severall others then present to take notice of the same as his last will nuncupative He continuieing still of firme mind & memory which words or the substance of the same Hee did speake & declare in the Heareing of the sayd Robt Handley Jno Armeston John Beeston Maruice Ingels & seaverall others good & Credible wittnesses
