This is the Last Will and Testament of me Henry Oswin of Scalford in the County of Leicester Grazier

I direct all my just debts funeral and testamentary Expences to be paid

I give and devize all my Messuages Lands and real Estates of which I shall die possessed situate at Scalford and Chadwell in the County of Leicester, and all my Live Stock, Implements, Furniture, and all other my personal Estate and Effects unto my Affectionate Wife Mary Oswin, for her own use and benefit for the term of her natural Life and after the death of my said Wife Mary Oswin I give and bequeath all the aforesaid, my real Estates, Live Stock, Implements, Furniture, and all other my personal Estates and Effects, unto my Son, William Oswin of Melton Mowbray, Plumber and Glazier, subject to a Legacy viz

I bequeath unto my Grandson, William Oswin, Son of the Late George Oswin, my Son, a Legacy fo Fiftee pounds, and the best set of Oak Drawers, and the Mahogany Work Box, to be paid to him within twelve months after the death of my said Wife Mary Oswin

And I appoint my Son William Oswin of Melton Mowbray aforesaid, Trustee and Executor of this my Will

In Witness whereof I have hereunto set my hand this third day of December One Thousand eight hundred and seventy four

The Testator Henry Oswin was late of Scalford in the County of Leicester Grazier and died on the fourteenth day of April 1876 at Scalford aforesaid
