In the name of God Amen the sixt Day of August in Anno dni 1609 I Jhon Olyver of Plungar in The county of Lecester Husbandman beinge sicke in bodie but perfitt in minde & memorie thanks be unto god Doe make & ordain this my last will & Testament in manner & forme as followeth
First I comend my Soule into the hands of Almightie god my Creator that give it And my Bodie to be buried within the Church of Plungar aforesaid
Ite I give and bequeath unto the said Church of Plungar vis viiid
Ite I give and bequeath unto William Warren son unto [should be of?] Robert Warren xs
Item I give unto Olyver Warren son of the said Robert Warren v li
Ite I give unto Robert Warren son of Robert Warren xs
Ite I give unto Anthonie Warren son of Robert Warren xs
Item I give unto John Warren son of Robert Warren xs
Ite I give unto Mary Warren Daughter of Robert Warren xs and sertaine houshold goods with was my wives
All which said sums of monie given & bequeathed as is aforesaid my will is that it shall be put forwarde for the use of the said children within three monthes after my decease
Ite I give & bequeath unto my brother Hugh Olyver one Land of Pease one Bushell of barlie and my Cloake
Ite I give unto evrie poore Cottier in Plungar which hath not anie Corne of his owne growing one pecke of barley
Ite I give unto my three god children either of them xiid
All the Rest of my goods moveable & unmoveable not given & unbequeathed my Debts & Legacies being payd & my funerall discharged I give & bequeath unto my son in law Robert Warren Whome I make my full & whole Executor
