In the name of god Amen I Roberte Noble of Scalforde in the countye of Leicester husbandman, sycke in Bodye but wholle in minde, and of good and perfect memorye, thankes be to god therefore, doe make and ordeine this my last will and testament in maner and forme followeing

Firste I bequeathe my soule to allmightie god, and my bodye to be buryed in the churche yarde of Scalforde aforesaid

Itm I geve unto the poore in Scalforde vs

Itm I geve and bequeathe unto my sonne Jhon Noble thirtye pounds to be payed him at the age of xxtie and one yeares

Itm I geve and bequeathe unto Elizabethe Noble my daughter x li to be payed within one yeare after my deceasse

Item I geve and bequeth unto Betterise Noble my Daughter x li to be payde at the feaste of St Michaell the archangel which shalbe in the yeare of our Lord god 1611 or at the daye of her maryage which shall fyrste happen

Itm I geve and bequeathe unto Margarett Noble my daughter x li to be payed at the daye of her mariage or at the age of xxtie and one yeares which shall first happen

Itm I geve and bequeathe unto Agnes Noble my daughter x li to be paied at the daie of her mariage or at the age of xxtie and one yeares, which shall firste happen, and my Executoure shall bringe her upe, and mentaine her with sufficient meate drinke and apparell and other necessaries, till the daie of her maryage, or else xxtie & one yeares of her age, yf she be contented to tarye with him, or yf he die with his heyres executors or assignes

Itm all my lands and the reste of my goods and chattles unbequeathed (my debts being payed and my funerals dispatched) I geve and bequeathe unto Charles Noble my sonne

Itm my will and testament further is, that yf my sonne Charles departe this life without heyres the land then falling upon my sonne Jhon Noble, that the thirtye pounds I have geven and bequeathed him, shall not be paied to him, nether shall he have it, but I geve it to my daughters equallie to be parted amongeste them, And yf he have receyved it, he shall repaie it to the use of my daughters as afore is specified

Itm my will and full determination is that yf Charles my sonne or any of my daughters shall departe this life before theire mariage or the accomplishment of xxtie and one yeares, that the bequeathed portione of goods geven to Charles or to that daughter or daughters shalbe equally parted to the use of my daughters then lyveinge

Itm I make and ordeine Charles Noble my sonne sole and full executoure unto thys my laste will and testament And Rychard Biddell and Raffe Gilberte Supervisours
