A nuncupative Will of Joseph Nicholls of Wickham in Rotheley parish being in his perfect memory and of late deceased being demanded the day & yeare above written how he would have his goods disposed

Beinge demanded whether Nathaniell Noble the sonne of Charles Noble should have twenty pounds his annswer was Y

Being demanded whether his sister Elizabeth Noble should have twenty pounds his answer was noe

Being further demanded whether she should have tenne pounds his answer was Y

Being demanded whether his Brother Robert Nicholles should have twenty poundes he would say nothing being further urged that he would give him soe much money as would buy a gould Ring in token of the remembrance of him he would say nothing

Being demanded in the like manner for his Brother Tho: Dawson what he should have, he would say nothing

Being demanded what the poore & the Church should have he would say nothing

Being demanded whether his God=children should have two shillings a peece, his annswer was Y

Being demanded & urged that he would make his Brother Robert Nicholles his Executor he would say nothing, or his brother Thomas Dawson to be his Executor he would say nothing, being demanded whether his Brother Charles Noble should be his Executor his annswer was Y who else
