William Musson of Holwell 1850 Will

This is the last Will and Testament of me William Musson of Holwell in the County of Leicester Yeoman

I direct All my just debts funeral and Testamentary expences to be fully paid

I Give unto my son John Musson the sum of nineteen pounds and nineteen shillings

Unto my son and daughter Thomas Musson and Rebecca Lowe I bequeath the sum of Twelve pounds and Ten shillings each which legacies I will shall be paid at the end of Twelve months next after my decease and I charge my Real and personal Estates with the true payment thereof

I Give Devise and bequeath all my Messuage Tenement or Public House with yard Garden outbuildings and hereditaments thereto belonging and Close or ground enclosed situate in Holwell aforesaid in my own occupation And all my Personal Estate and Effects unto my Son William Musson his heirs executors administrators and assigns for ever Subject nevertheless to his finding and providing for my affectionate Wife thereout with good meat drink washing firing clothing and every other necessary during her natural life

And I appoint my said Son William Musson Sole Executor of this my last Will and Testament hereby Revoking all former wills by me made

In Witness whereof I have hereto set my hand and seal this Twenty Sixth day of November One thousand eight hundred and thirty nine

Signed sealed published and declared by the said Testator William Musson the Elder as and for his last will and Testament in the presence of us who have at his request in his presence and in the presence of each other set our hands as witnesses to the due Execution thereof the interlineation being first made
