This is the last Will and Testament of me Thomas Musson of Harby in the County of Leicester Grazier

I Give and bequeath unto my Housekeeper Ann Saunderson who now lives with me and her assigns for and during the Term of her natural life One Annuity or clear Yearly Sum of Twenty Pounds of lawful British money free from all deductions and to be payable half yearly that is to say the fifth day of April and the tenth day of October in every year the first payment thereof to begin and be made on either of the said days as shall first happen after my death And I do hereby subject and charge my Real Estate hereinafter devised with the just and true payment thereof And do give to the said Ann Saunderson the same power of enforcing and obtaining payment of the said Annuity And all Arrears thereof as Landlords have for enforcing and obtaining payment of Rent in Arrear

I Give and Devise All my Messuages Closes Lands hereditaments and Real Estate situate in Harby aforesaid with the Appurtenances unto my Son William Musson and his Assigns for and during the Term of his natural life And from and after his decease I Give and Devise All my said Real Estate and premises with the appurtenances unto Mary Poynton the Wife of my said Son William Musson and her assigns for and during such part of her natural life only as she shall continue his Widow

And from and immediately after the decease or marriage of the said Mary Poynton Then I Give and Devise All the said Messuages Closes Lands hereditaments and Real Estate so situate in Harby aforesaid with the Appurtenances unto my two friends Thomas Carter and Robert Johnson the Younger both of Waltham in the said County Graziers their heirs and assigns for ever upon this Special Trust and Confidence nevertheless that they the said Thomas Carter and Robert Johnson and the Survivor of them and his heirs do and shall receive the rents issues and profits Yearly and every Year arising from my said Real Estate and pay and apply the same for and towards the maintenance education and bringing up of all and every the Children of my said Son William Musson in equal shares until the Youngest of them shall attain to his or her Age of Twenty on Years And when and so soon as such Youngest Child shall have attained to his or her Age of Twenty one Years Then I Give and Devise All my said Real Estate hereditaments and premises in Harby aforesaid with their appurtenances unto all and every the Children of my said Son William Musson and to their heirs and assigns for ever to take and enjoy the same as Tenants in common and not as joint tenants

I Give and bequeath All my Household Goods other Goods stock Cattle Chattels rights credits ready month Securities for money and all other my Personal Estate and Effects whatsoever and wheresoever and of what nature or kind soever the same may be (subject to the payment of my just debts funeral and Testamentary expences) unto my said Son William Musson his Executors administrators and assigns And I do hereby appoint him Sole Executor of this my last Will and Testament hereby revoking all former Wills by me made

In Witness whereof I the said Thomas Musson the Testator have hereunto set my hand and Seal this first day of March in the Year of our Lord One thousand eight hundred and Twenty

Let a Probate be made to William Musson of Waltham in the County of Leicester Farmer and Grazier the sole Executor named in the Will of the deceased who died 10th May 1833

He having been first duly sworn to the faithful Execution of the Will as that the Testators Goods chattels and Credits without deducting any debts due and owing by him therefrom do not amount in Value to the sum of One Thousand Pounds
