In the name of God Amen I Leonard Musson of Hicklinge in the Countye of Nott bachelor beinge sicke in body but whole in mynde and of perfecte memorie praised be God for the same do ordayne and make this my laste will and testament in manner and forme following

First I give and … my soule to allmighte God my maker Savior and redeemer and my bodie to be buried in the churchyard of Hicklinge aforesaid
