This is the last Will and Testament of me John Pettifor Musson of Scalford in the County of Leicester Farmer

I revoke all Wills and Testamentary dispositions heretofore made by me

I appoint Robert Cecil Cooper of Waltham on the Wolds in the said County of Leicester Farmer John William Kirk of Scalford aforesaid Farmer and my son Frederick Musson to be the Executors and trustees of this my Will And I give to each of them the said Robert Cecil Cooper and John William Kirk the sum of Ten pounds on their proving this my Will

I bequeath my Pianoforte and consumable household stores to my daughter Alice Ellen Longson

I bequeath my wearing apparel to my son John Thomas Musson

I devise all my Real Estate and bequeath the remainder of my personal estate whatsoever and wheresoever situate unto the said Robert Cecil Cooper John William Kirk and Frederick Musson Upon trust that they or the survivor of them or the heirs executors or administrators of such survivor (hereinafter called my said Trustees) shall sell call in and convert into money such part or parts thereof as shall not consist of ready money and shall with and out of the proceeds of such sale and such ready money as I may die possessed of pay my funeral and testamentary expenses and debts and divide the remainder of the same equally between my sons William Condon Musson Frederick Musson John Thomas Musson my daughter the said Alice Ellen Longson and my Grandson Frederick Arthur Longson and my Grandson Frederick Arthur Longson subject nevertheless to the following condition as to the share of my said son John Thomas Musson shall be held by my said Trustees in trust to invest the same in such manner as they shall think fit and apply the income to arise therefrom to and for the maintenance and benefit of him the said John Thomas Musson for his life and after his death to pay the remainder of the income and capital to such of them the said William Condon Musson Frederick Musson Alice Ellen Longson and Frederick Arthur Longson as shall survive him the said John Thomas Musson in equal shares and in case any of them the said William Condon Musson Frederick Musson Alice Ellen Longson and Frederick Arthur Longson shall predecease the said John Thomas Musson but shall leave issue him or her surviving such issue shall take and be entitled to her his or their deceased parents share
