James Morrison of Wartnaby 1806 Will

This is the last Will and Testament of me James Morrison of Wartnaby in the County of Leicester Yeoman

I give to each of my Grandchildren (the Children of my late daughter Phillippa Allen) Five pounds to be paid out of my personal Estate as my said Grandchildren shall attain the Age of Twenty one years the legacies of such of them as shall of Age at the time of my death to be paid six months afterwards

I give my Grand-daughter Mary Morrison Daughter of my late Son James Ten pounds to be paid out of my personal Estate within six Months after my death

All the rest of my Estate both real and personal I give devise and bequeath the same unto and to the use of my five Sons and two Daughters viz Edward, John, William, Richard, Joseph, and Elizabeth Morrison and Mary Spiby their Heirs Executors Administrators and Assigns equally to be divided amongst them share and share alike as Tenants in Common

And I appoint my Son Edward Executor of this my Will

In Witness whereof I have hereunto set my hand and seal this tenth day of May in the year of our Lord one thousand eight hundred and four
