Thomas Morley of Ab Kettleby 1907 Will

This is the last Will and Testament of me Thomas Morley of Abb Kettleby in the County of Leicester Farm Bailiff

I appoint my Friend Henry Smith of Cropwell Butler Farmer (hereinafter called my Trustee) to be the Trustee and Executor of this my Will

I give and bequeath all sums of money due at my death from any Insurance effected on my life to my daughter Ellen absolutely and I request her to look after my Son Thomas

I give and bequeath all money due to me from the Nottingham Savings Bank to my Trustee Upon Trust to divide the same between all my children living at my death in equal shares

I give and bequeath all my furniture and household effects to my Trustee Upon Trust to allow my daughters Ellen and Sarah Jane to select therefrom such articles as they may wish and I direct my Trustee to divide the remainder among the rest of my children living at my death in equal shares

I give and bequeath all my clothes and wearing apparel to my Trustee Upon Trust to divide the same equally between all my Sons living at my death

And I hereby revoke all former Wills and testamentary dispositions made by me

This is a Codicil to the above written last Will and Testament of me the said Thomas Morley

I declare it to be my wish that my daughter Alice Hannah shall not take any interest under my said Will but that my said Will shall be read and construed as though my said daughter Alice Hannah had been expressly excluded from taking any benefit under the same And in all other respects I confirm my said Will

In witness whereof I have hereunto set my hand this second day of May One thousand nine hundred and seven
