In the name of God Amen

I Samuel Moore of Ab Kettleby in the County of Leicester yeoman being of good & perfect memory doe this 19th day of July Anno Dni 1682 appoint & make this my last will & testament in manner &c as followeth

First & principally I comend & betake my Soule to the Almighty’s most blessed … …, son, & holy Ghost three persons & one only wise god, trusting only to bee saved by the infinite merrits of Christs Jesus my Redeemer And my body I comit to the Ground, to bee decently buried as my Executor hereafter named shall think fit

And do give all my goods & chattles & cattle to bee disposed of by my executor as followeth

Imprimis I give to my daughter Alice Elliott one shilling

It I give to Elizabeth & Jane the daughters of my son John Moor each of them one shilling

It I doe give to my daughter Elizabeth moor the lenger trunke

It I doe give all the rest of my goods & chattles & cattle to be equally divided betwixe my two sons John and Samuel Moor & my three daughters Dorothy, Judith & Elizabeth Moor

It I do appoint my son Samuel Moor to bee Executor of this my last will & testament all debts & funerall charges being defrayed
