In the name of god Amen the second daye of Julii the yere of oure lord god mcccccxlv And of oure most dred sufferand lord Henry theyght by the grace of god of England Fraunce and Ireland kyng defender of the faith and in erth imediately under criste of the Churche of England and Ireland Supreme hed xxxvii I John Myllner vicar of Howes beyng holle of mynd and perfytte of remembrance make and orden this my last will and testament in manner and forme followyng
First I bequethe my soulle to god allmyghty to oure lady saint Mary and to all the holy compeny of hevyn and my body to be buryed In the chancell of Howes be fore saint Nicholas
