This is the last Will and Testament of me Mary Ann Miller of Plungar in the County of Leicestershire

I hereby revoke all wills and testamentary instruments heretofore by me made

I appoint Annie Miller of Plungar and Arthur Hanson of 1 Douglas Gardens Bearsden near Glasgow to be the Executors of this my Will

I direct my Executors to pay my just Debts and Funeral and Testamentary Expenses

I give and bequeath to George Miller my husband all my shares in Spicer Brothers Ltd, Cash at Bank, or any other real & personal property of what nature or kind soever, the said George Miller to receive the benefits of all interest during his lifetime and at his death the whole to be shared equally between my five children William Hields Miller, Annie Miller, Sarah Emma Miller, Horace John Miller and Gertrude Hanson

In the event of any of these dying before my husband their share shall be equally divided amongst the remainder excepting in the case of Gertrude Hanson when her share shall be taken by my Grand daughter Doris Mary Hanson to be equal in all respects
