In the name of God, Amen.  I John Miller of Claxton otherwise Long Clawson in the County of Leicester Plumber and Glazier being of sound Mind and Memory Do hereby make and ordain this as and for my last Will and Testament in manner following That is to say

I give and bequeath unto my Dear Son John Miller of Wymesould in the county of Leicester Plumber and Glazier and unto my Dear Son Francis Miller of Sileby in the said County Plumber and Glazier and to my Dear Son in Law William Wilson Ford of Wymeswould in the said County Miller all my Real and Person Estates whatsoever and wheresoever and all my Monies and Interest on Monies In trust that as soon as may be after My Decease they give unto my Dear Niece Mary Miller the Sum of Five Pounds of Lawful Money of Great Britain together with the best Bed in my best Chamber with the Bedstead Bolsters Pillows Blankets Coverlids and Hangings to the same belonging

And all the Residue of my Real and Personal Estate an Effects and all my Tenements and Hereditaments and all my Stock in Trade and all my Tools and Implements to the same belonging; and all my Monies and Interest on Monies whatsoever and wheresoever I do hereby give and bequeath unto my said Dear Son John Miller of Wymeswould aforesaid And to my said Dear Son Francis Miller of Sileby aforesaid And to my said Dear Son William Wilson Ford of Wymeswould aforesaid severally and collectively to be by them severally and collectively enjoyed for ever as they shall mutual agree Save and except that my wish and will is that the whole of the Linen that may be in my Dwelling House at the time My Decease may be valued to and received by my Dear Daughter Elizabeth Wife of my said Dear Son in Law William Wilson Ford as a … of the third Portion or Share out of and from my said Personal Property

And I do hereby further constitute and appoint my said Dear Son John Miller and my said Dear Son Francis Miller and my said Dear Son in Law William Wilson Ford to be the joint Executors of this my last Will and Testament hereby revoking and annulling all Wills and Testaments by me at any time heretofore made

In witness whereof I have hereunto set my hand and seal this twentieth Day of January in the year of our Lord One Thousand eight hundred and twenty nine

Let a Probat be made to John Miller of Wymeswould in the County of Leicester Plumber and Glazier, Francis Miller of Long Clawson in the said County Plumber and Glazier and William Wilson Ford of Wymeswould aforesaid Miller and Baker the joint Executors within named

They having been first duly sworn as well to the faithful execution of the Will as that the Testator goods chattels and credits without deducting any debts owing by the deceased therefrom did not amount in Value to the Sum of Two hundred Pounds
