This is the Last Will and Testament of me George Miller of Plungar in the County of Leicestershire made this Second day of November in the year of our Lord One Thousand Nine Hundred and one I hereby revoke all Wills by me at any time heretofore made

I appoint Brother Arthur Hanson of 40 Shelton Road The Fosse Leicester and Annie Miller of Plungar Leicestershire to be my Executors and I direct that all my just debts and Funeral and Testamentary Expenses shall be paid as soon as possible after my decease

I hereby given and bequeath unto my Wife, Mary Ann Miller, the proceeds of my insurance policy effected by me with the Star Assurance Company for her use & benefit during the lifetime; and upon the said Mary Ann Miller’s decease my executors shall pay the 2 promissary notes, held respectively by Annie Miller, and Sarah Emma Miller, for value I received, and the remainder to be divided into 5 equal shares to William Hields Miller, Annie Miller, Horace John Miller, Sarah Emma Miller and Gertrude Hanson (my sons and daughters), directing that £1 from each of the 5 aforesaid shares to be paid to my grand-daughter Doris Mary Hanson

I bequeath to my said daughters Annie Miller and Sarah Emma Miller the household effects as per list of Loman Son & Sand April 4 1896 to come into operation upon the decease of my wife Mary Ann Miller
