This is the last Will and Testament of me Thomas Mason of Eaton in the County of Leicester Grazier
First I direct all my just debts funeral and testament expences to be fully paid
I Give Devise and bequeath All that my Messuage or Tenement Yard Garden Outbuildings and premises situate in Eaton aforesaid with their appurtenances And Also all that Close of Pasture or Meadow ground Containing about Seven acres or thereabouts situate in the Parish of Eaton aforesaid And also all my Personal Estate and Effects of whatsoever nature or kind the same may be of which I shall die possessed (Subject to the payment of my debts funeral and testamentary expences) Unto my Siter Mary Mason her heirs executors administrators and assigns for ever
And I do hereby appoint my said Sister Mary Mason Sole Executrix of this my last Will and testament hereby revoking all former Wills by me made
In Witness whereof I have hereunto set my hand and seal this eighth day of February One thousand eight hundred and thirty nine

Signed for the said Thomas Mason by me Edward Henry Maior Clarke of Melton Mowbray in the said County of Leicester Attorney in his presence and by his direction and acknowledged by him in the presence of the Subscribing Witnesses to the said Will
Signed sealed published and declared by the said Thomas Mason the testator as and for his last Will and Testament in the presence of us who have at his request in his presence and in the presence of each other subscribed our names as witnesses to the execution thereof the erasure in the word “Mason” being first made
