This is the Last Will and Testament of me Mary Greenhill of Fern Hill Tythby in the County of Nottingham Widow
I revoke all former Wills and testamentary dispositions made by me
In exercise of all powers and authorities in anywise enabling me in this behalf I hereby appoint devise and bequeath all the Estate and effects whatsoever and wheresoever real and personal to which at my death I shall be beneficially entitled whether in possession or in reversion and whether absolutely or contingently or of which I shall have any general power to dispose beneficially by Will Unto my Daughter Mary Elizabeth Strickland Townsend absolutely
But if my said Daughter shall die in my lifetime Then I appoint devise and bequeath all my real and personal Estate Unto my friend William Henry Jones Upon trust to pay or apply the income thereof to or for the benefit of my Granddaughter Mary Caroline Ella Townsend until she shall attain the age of Twenty one years or shall marry under that age
And from and after my said Granddaughter shall have attained the age of Twenty one years or shall have married whichever event shall have first happened Then I appoint devise and bequeath all my real and personal property Unto and To the use of my said Granddaughter absolutely
And I appoint the said William Henry Jones sole Executor of this my Will
In witness whereof I have hereunto set my hand the twentieth day of October one thousand eight hundred and ninety eight
