This is the last Will and Testament of me Richard Marston of Grimstone in the County of Leicester Baker and Cottager as follows (that is to say)
First I will and direct that all my just debts and funeral expences and the expences of proving this my will be paid out of my Estate as soon as conveniently may be after my decease by my Executor herein after named
And I hereby give and bequeath all my furniture goods and effects whatsoever in trust for the benefit and maintenance of my Sons Thomas Peper Marston Edward Marston Herbert Marston and William Marston till my Son William Marston shall reach the age of Sixteen years at which time I will devise and bequeath all my property whatsoever and wheresoever to my Son Thomas Peper Marston with the exception of three legacies of five Pounds each to my Sons Edward Marston Herbert Marston and William Marston and to be paid as they come of age or at the discretion of my Executor herein after named
And I hereby further will and direct that if my Baking business does not answer to the satisfaction of my Executor hereinafter named that all my property whatsoever and wheresoever be sold and the product or amount of such sale be applied to and for the purpose of maintaining my Sons Edward Marston Herbert Marston and William Marston and five Pounds thereof shall be paid to Thomas Peper Marston and likewise five pounds to George Marston but this five Pounds to George Marston shall be left to the Judgment and discretion of my Executor hereinafter named whether to be paid or not
And I hereby constitute and appoint Asher Hill of Grimstone my Sole Executor of this my last Will and Testament

Proved at Leicester the first day of February 1869 by the Oath of Asher Hill the Sole Executor to whom Administration was granted
The Testator Richard Marston was late of Grimstone in the County of Leicester Baker and died on the thirty first day of July 1868 at Grimstone aforesaid
