This is the last Will and Testament of me Maria Marshall residing now in the parish of Eaton in the County of Leicester Widow

I do hereby bequeath my money to be equally divided among my children living at my death namely Ann Marshall, Samuel Marshall, Thomas Marshall, Sarah Shelton and Richard Marshall; but Sarah Shelton the wife of George Shelton Labourer in the Parish of Eaton I wish to have a double portion for attending to her mother the said Maria Marshall in her last days and the said Sarah Shelton shall pay my funeral expenses with the exception of ten shillings which I allow for my Bearers

The said Samuel Marshall has received twenty pounds which I wish to be deducted from his portion at my death

Also the said Richard Marshall has likewise received ten pounds which I wish to be deducted from his portion at my death

The ten pounds I have saved that I intended for my funeral expenses I wish to be equally divided among my children

My Bed Quilt, four Blankets, Bed Pillows and Bolster Mattress, Set of Drawers, Clothes Box, Large Trunk, Work Box and Work Basket I wish to be divided between the said Sarah Shelton and the said Ann Marshall

My Sheets, Pillow covers and Clothes to be equally divided at my death

In witness whereof I have hereunto set my hand this seventh day of February one thousand eight hundred and eighty five

At Leicester on the thirty first day of March 1887 Administration (with the Will annexed) of the Personal Estate and Effects of Maria Marshall late of Eaton in the County of Leicester Widow, deceased, who died on the sixth day of February 1889 at Eaton aforesaid was granted to Sarah Shelton (Wife of George Shelton) the natural and lawful Daughter and one of the next of kin of the said Deceased she having been first sworn

No Executor or Residuary Legatee being named in the said Will
