This is the Last Will and Testament of me Frank Marriott of Old Dalby in the County of Leicester Farmer whereby I revoke all Wills and Testamentary dispositions heretofore made by me

I Give and Bequeath the sum of One thousand three hundred pounds unto and equally between my five cousins Kate Hardstaff (Spinster) David Ridge Goodwin Mrs Emma Doubleday Elizabeth Goodwin (Spinster) and Ann Mary Hardstaff (widow) all of Bingham in the County of Nottingham or such of them as shall be living at the time of my decease

I Give Devise and Bequeath all the rest and remainder of my Estate whatsoever and wheresoever unto my housekeeper Magdaline Sleigh of Willoughby on the Wolds in the County of Nottingham and I Appoint her sole Executrix of this my Will

In Witness whereof I have hereunto set my hand to this my Will this seventeenth day of December One thousand nine hundred and nineteen

Signed by the said Frank Marriott as his last Will and Testament in the presence of us both being present at the same time who in his presence and in the presence of each other have hereunto subscribed our names as witnesses

This is a Codicil to the Last Will and Testament of me Frank Marriott of Old Dalby in the County of Leicester Farmer which Will bears date the seventeenth day of December One thousand nine hundred and nineteen

I Hereby Give and Bequeath to my Cousin Elizabeth Goodwin (Spinster) the sum of Five hundred pounds in addition to the share and interest which I have bequeathed to her in the sum of One thousand three hundred pounds under my said Will if she shall be living at the time of my decease and in all other respects I confirm my said Will

In Witness whereof I have hereunto set my hand this second day of June One thousand nine hundred and twenty

Be it known that Frank Marriott of Old Dalby in the County of Leicester, Farmer, who at the time of his death had a fixed place of abode at Old Dalby aforesaid within the District of Leicester died on the 29th day of November 1924 at Old Dalby aforesaid.

And be it further known that at the date hereunder written the last will and Testament with a Codicil thereto of the said deceased was proved and registered in the District Probate Registry of His Majesty’s High Court of Justice at Leicester; and that administration of all the estate which by law devolves to and vests in the personal representative of the said deceased was granted by the aforesaid Court to Magdalene (in the said Will written Magdaline) Green (wife of Nelson Marriott Green, formerly Sleigh, spinster) of Longcliff Hill Farm, Old Dalby aforesaid, the sole Executrix named in the said Will.

Date the 11th day of February 1925.
