This is the last will and Testament of me Henry Mantle of Hose in the County of Leicester Grazier as follows

I Give and Devise All my Messuages Cottages Closes Lands Tenements hereditaments and Real Estate whatsoever situate and being in the Parish and Lordship of Hose aforesaid or elsewhere in the Kingdom of England with their and every of their Appurtenances unto my Son Henry Mantle his heirs and Assigns for ever

I Give and bequeath All My Personal Estate and Effects whatsoever and wheresoever and of what nature or kind the same may be of which I shall die possessed (Subject to the payment of my just debts funeral and Testamentary Expences) unto my Son Henry Mantle his Executors Administrators and Assigns for his own use And do appoint him Sole Executor of this my last Will and Testament hereby Revoking all former Wills by me made

In witness whereof I have to this my last Will and Testament set my hand and seal this Twenty Sixth day of February one thousand eight hundred and Twenty Eight

Signed sealed published and declared by the said Testator Henry Mantle as and for his last Will and Testament in the presence of us who have at his Request in this presence and in the presence of each other set our hands as Witnesses to the due Execution thereof

Henry Mantle of the Parish of Hose in the County of Leicester Farmer and Shop keeper the sole executor in this will named was duly sworn to the truth and faithful performance thereof as usual and that the goods chattels and credits of the deceased do not amount in value to the sum of two hundred pounds and that the deceased died on the fourth day of February last past
