This is the last Will and Testament of me Richard Manchester of Harby in the County of Leicester Labourer

I Give the ready money which shall at my decease be in the house in which I now reside to my late wife’s sister Ann Barnard and Eliza Watchorn as tenants in common in equal shares

I Devise my house and premises at Harby aforesaid in which I now reside and the furniture in and about the same at my decease to my brother Thomas Manchester absolutely

I give and Bequeath all my personal estate and effects not hereby otherwise disposed of subject to the payment of my funeral and testamentary expenses and debts to my late wife’s sisters the said Ann Barnard Fanny Littlewood Susannah Turville Martha Oswin Sarah Bryan and my said brother Thomas Manchester as tenants in common in equal shares

And I appoint Francis Orson of Harby Aforesaid sole Executor of this my Will

In Witness whereof I have hereunto set my hand this 15th day of March 1887

Signed by the said Testator Richard Manchester as his last Will in the presence of us present at the same time who at his request in his sight and presence and in the presence of each other have subscribed our names as attesting witness

Proved at Leicester on the thirtieth day of March 1887 by the Oath of Francis Orson the sole Executor to whom Administration was granted

The Testator Richard Manchester was late of Harby in the County of Leicester Labourer and died on the eighteenth day of March 1887 at Harby aforesaid
