In the Name of God Amen I Thomas Malliber of Hickling in the County of Nottingham husbandman being weake of body but of perfect minde and memory praised be to God for the same doe make and ordaine this my last will and Testament

Imprimis I give and bequeath my soule to almighty God my Creator and redeemer trusting and confidently expecting to be saved by the alone merits and bitter passion of Jesus Christ my redeemer and for the disposal of my worldly Goods which God of his great goodnesse hath bestowed on me I give and bequeath them as followeth

Item I give and bequeath to my daughter Elizabeth Malliber the sume of twenty pounds of British money to be paid to her two yeares after my decease by my executors hereafter named

All my worldly Goods Cattells and Chattells and all other Goods whatsoever belonging to me I give and bequeathe to my dear Wife Anne Malliber and to my loveing son Edward Malliber whom I make sole executors of this my last will and testament they paying all my debts and legacies and funeral charges whatsoever

In witness whereof I have sett my hand and [the word seal is missing] the seaventh day of December Annoq Dni 1719
