This is the last Will and Testament of me Robert Mackley of Wykeham in the County of Leicester Cottager

I direct all my Household Furniture Linen and all other my Household Effects to be equally divided between my wife and my three Children and if they cannot agree as to the division the same must be sold and the produce divided equally between the four

I give to my Wife Fifty Pounds to be paid to her within Two months from my death

I direct my Executors to invest or continue in the Melton Savings Bank Fifty Pounds and pay the amount with the Interest to my Wife at the expiration of ten years from my death if she is then living and my Widow But on her death or second Marriage before the expiration of the ten years I direct the Fifty Pounds and Interest to be divided between my three Children

Subject to the payment of my Debts Funeral and Testamentary Expenses I give and bequeath all my Money Securities for Money and all other my personal Estate and effects to be equally divided between my three Children Fanny Bartram John Mackley and William Mackley And I appoint my Brother Thomas Mackley of Garthorpe and my said Son John joint Executors of this my Will for the purposes aforesaid

In witness whereof I the said Robert Mackley the Testator have hereunto set my hand this Twelfth day of January one thousand eight hundred and fifty eight

Signed published and declared by the said Robert Mackley the Testator as and for his last Will and Testament in the presence of us who at his request in his presence and in the presence of each other have hereunto subscribed our Names as Witnesses
