This is the last Will and Testament of me Ann Littler of Stathern in the County of Leicester Widow

I bequeath all my furniture and other household effects to my Niece Maria Poyzer absolutely

I bequeath all my money and other Personal estate not hereinbefore disposed of to my Trustee Robert Littler of Long Clawson in the County of Leicester Upon Trust to call in convert the same into money and thereout pay my funeral and testamentary expenses and debts and I direct that my said Trustee shall stand possessed of the net residue of the money of which I shall be possessed at my death and of the monies to arise from the conversion and calling in of such part of my residuary Personal estate as shall not consist of money (hereinafter called my Trust funds) Upon Trust to invest the same and pay the income arising therefrom to my said Niece Maria Poyzer during her life for her sole and separate use independently of her present or any future husband and so that her receipts alone shall be sufficient discharges for the same and that she shall not have power to deprive herself thereof in anticipation

And from and after the death of my said Niece I direct that my Trust funds shall be held in trust for such persons and purposes and in such manner as my said Niece Maria Poyzer notwithstanding her present or any future Coverture shall by Will or Codicil appoint and in default of any such appointment in trust for her next of kin according to the Statutes of distribution

Provided always and I do hereby declare that my said Trustee his executors or administrators may postpone the calling in and conversion of my residuary Personal estate for so long as he or they may think fit Provided also and I further declare that notwithstanding the trusts and provisions hereinbefore contained it shall be lawful for my said trustee his executors or administrators to advance and pay the whole or any part or part of the principal or capital of my Trust funds to my said Niece for her sole and separate use if she signs a written request to my said Trustee his executors or administrators to that effect and that then and so often as any such advance shall be made the receipt of my said Niece shall be a good and sufficient discharge for the money advanced and paid to her

And I appoint the said Robert Littler sole Executor of this my Will

Proved at Leicester the Twenty sixth day of January 1875 by the Oath of Robert Littler the Sole Executor to whom Administration was granted

The Testatrix Ann Littler was late of Stathern in the County of Leicester Widow and died on the eighth day of February 1874 at Stathern aforesaid
