In the name of good amen I William Lisster of Grimston in the Couwnty of Licesster youman being sick in boddy but of parfect mind and memory do make This my last will and Tesstiment in manner and form folloing that is to saye

As towching such worlly Estate as the lord in marcy hath lent me my will is that shall be bestowed as is here after expressed

First I Constetut and nomonat and apoynt my loving wife Elezebath Lisster in execetrix in trust joinly with father Thomas Lossby of Whisendine and Henry Hemsly of Godam to sell and disposse of all my parsnoll Estate and the monney to be put in trust for the Ews of my Chilldernn and bringing of them up after my finnerall Charges Charges and debts are payd

Itam I give and bequeth unto Elezebeath Lisster my loving wife all my housall goods

Itam provided the Chilld my wife gooseth withall proofs a boy I give him on shillin out of my parsonall Estate to be payd by my Execute when he shall Com to the age of on and twenty

Itam I give unto my dughter Elezebeath Lisster the sum of fifteen pownds to be payd by my sunn when he shall Com to the age of on and twenty

Itam I give unto my second daughter Ann Lisster the sum of fifteen pounds to be payd by my soon when he shall ataine to the age of on and twenty

Itam I give unto my third daughter Halls Liss the sum of fifteen pownds to be payd by my sunn when he shall atain to the age of on and twenty

Itam I give unto my forth daughter Mary Lister ye sum of fifteen pownds to be pade by my sunn when he shall Come to the age of on and twenty

Provided the Chilld my wife goos with all doth proove a girll my will is that she shall be Cooare with the reste of my Chilldren ligwis my will and plesuer is that if any of my gerlls sholld dye before thay Com to the age of on and twenty to be Equall ly devided betweene the sorvivors and for non payment of ether of afor sad … thay shhall and ma Enter upon the land and the sam to holld untill thay be payd

This I make my last will and testime in witness here of I have set my hand and seall the sixteenth day of November 1721
