This is the last Will and Testament of me John King of Scalford in the County of Leicester Grazier

I revoke all former Wills made by me

I forgive my Son John King all sums of money which at the time of my death shall be due or owing from him to me

I devise and bequeath all my real and personal estate unto my said son John King and my friend Henry Marriott of Scalford aforesaid Farmer Upon trust that they or the survivor of them or the heirs executors or administrators of such survivor shall in such manner and under and subject to such terms and conditions as they or he shall think fit sell collect and convert into money all such parts of the said premises as shall not consist of ready money and shall with and out of the moneys to be thereby produced and with and out of my ready money pay my funeral and testamentary expenses and debts and the following legacies namely

To John William King the natural or illegitimate son of my daughter Catherine Mary Musson the sum of Twenty five pounds to my said daughter Catherine Mary Musson the sum of One hundred pounds and to my son Reuben King the sum of One hundred pounds to whom I bequeath the same respectively and subject to such payments shall stand possessed of the residue of the said trust moneys upon the trusts hereinafter declared that is to say

Upon trust to pay one equal third part or share of the said residue to my said son John King And upon trust to pay one other equal third part or share thereof to my said son Reuben King And upon trust to pay the remaining third part or share thereof to my said daughter Catherine Mary Musson

I appoint my said son John King and the said Henry Marriott to be the Executors of this my Will

In Witness whereof I the said John King have hereunto set my hand this twenty fourth day of December One thousand eight hundred and eighty seven

Signed by the said John King the testator as his last Will and Testament in the presence of us present at the same time and who in his presence and in the presence of each other have hereunto subscribed our names as witnesses

Proved at Leicester on the fourteenth day of March 1888 by the Oaths of John King the Son, and Henry Marriott the Executors to whom Administration was granted

The Testator John King was late of Scalford in the County of Leicester Grazier and died on the tenth day of January 1888 at Scalford aforesaid
