This is the last Will and Testament of me William Kemp of Harby in the County of Leicester Farmer

I give and devise all my real and personal estate whatsoever and wheresoever unto my Son George Kemp his heirs executors and administrators subject as hereinafter mentioned

I give to my Wife Mary and Annuity of Thirty pounds to be paid to her by my said Son half yearly on the sixth day of April and the eleventh day of October for and during the term of her natural life the first payment to commence on such of the said days as shall first happen after my death

I give to my Wife Mary Kemp the House to live in for her life and every thing in it at my death all the fruit trees in the garden and 20 yards of garden ground by the hovel side to Mary Ann Jackson the Wife of Thomas Jackson after the death of her Mother Mary Kemp

I give to her the interest of five hundred pounds at four per cent for her life if she has any family at her death to be equally divided amongst them if without family to go to my said Son George Kemp

I appoint my said Son George Kemp sole Executor of this my Will

In Witness whereof I have herewith set my hand this twenty nine day of January in the year One thousand eight hundred and seventy seven

Proved at Leicester on the Twenty ninth day of June 1877 by the Oath of George Kemp the Son the Sole Executor to whom Administration was granted

The Testator William Kemp was late of Harby in the County of Leicester Farmer and died on the Twenty fifth day of May 1877 at Harby aforesaid
