In the name of god amen I Robert Julian of Hose in the County of Leicester bachaler being weake in body but of perfect memory praysed be to god for it doe ordaine and make this my last will and testament in maner and forme as folling

Imprimis I bequeath my soule into the hands of allmighty god and my body to be buried desently by my exceutors hereafter mentioned

Item I give unto Dorathy Hord my dame ten shillings and to everyone of her children five shillings a peece

Item I give unto my brother Richard Julian children to each of them twenty shillings apeece to bee paid to theire father and his discharge to bee for the same within one yeare after my dissece

Item I give unto my brother James Julian children to every one of them twenty shilling apeece to be paid to James Julian theire father and his discharge to bee for the same within one yeare after my desease

Item I give to my brother Fransis Julian Son William twenty shilling to bee paid to Fransis Julian his father and his discharge to bee for the same with in one yeare after my desease

Item I give to my brother in law John Kealton of Binham one shilling

Item I give to Elizabeth Kealton twenty shillings to be paid as she shall accomplish the age of one and twenty yeares and in trust for the same from my desease till it be due to be paid

Item I give to George Cont my fello sarvant one shilling

Item I give to Elizabeth Hart my fello sarvant one shilling

Item I give to the pore of Hose three shillings four pence to bee paid as my executors thinke most nedfull

Item I give to my brother William and my brother Fransis twenty shilling appece whom I make my executors of this my last will and testament

Item I give the Rest of my estate to my five brothers to every one of them in eqall share when the ledgasies are paid that is to say Richard James William Steven and Fransis

Item I give to the Ringers two shilling six pence

In wittness whereof I have hereunto set my hand and seale the day and yeare first above written
