In the name of god Amen I Richard Julian of Hose in the County of Leicester being mindful of my mortality do make and Ordain this my last Will & Testament in manner following

Imprimis I Give and bequeath unto my son William Julian my best feather bed my best bedstead & the Hangings & furniture thereunto belonging

Alsoe I give and bequeath unto my sd son William The Sume of five pounds of good and lawfull money of Great Britain to be paid him by my Extor hereinafter named within one year after my decease

Allsoe I Give & Devise all that my half Oxgange of Land lying & being within the several fields and libties fo Hose aforesd lately purchased of Elizabeth Marriott unto my son John Julian his heirs & assigns for ever

Allsoe I Give & Devise All those my several pieces & parcels of Arable Land leyes & pasture ground with the Commons hereto belonging lying & being dispersedly within the several fields and LIbties of Claxton als Long Clawson in the sd County of Leicester unto my son George Julian his heirs & assigns for ever

Allsoe I Give & bequeath unto my sd Son George one feather bed one bedstead & all the furniture thereto belonging And Alsoe the sume of five & twenty pounds of goods & lawfull money of Great Britain to be paid him by me Executor when he shall attain his Age of one & twenty years

Allsoe I give & bequeath unto my daughter Anne Julian the Sume of Twenty pounds of good and lawfull money of Great Britain to be paid her by me Extor at her age of one & twenty years Allsoe I give 7 bequeath by me sd Daughter Anne ten pounds worth of my household goods

Allsoe I give & bequeath unto my son Joseph Julian the sume of twenty pounds of good & lawfull money of Great Britain to be paid him by my Extor at his age of one and twenty years

And my Will & mind further is that if any of my sd Children shall happen to dye before their Legacy or Legacies shall become due & payable that then the Legacy or Legacies of Such Child or Children so dyeing I give & bequeath unto my sd son John Julian his Extors Adtors & assigns for ever

And Allsoe All the rest of my Goods Chattels Rights Creddits & personal Estate or what kind or nature soever & wheresoever the same shall or may be found I Give & bequeath unto my sd son John Julian he paying all my Just Debts my funeral Expences the Several Legacies aforesd and alsoe take care to bring up my sd Daughter Anne & Son Joseph until they shall attain their Several Ages of Eighteen years

And Lastly I doe hereby make ordain Constitute & appoint my sd son John Julian Sole Extor of this my Last will & testament hereby revokeing all former wills & Testaments whatsoever by me at any time heretofore made

In Witnesse whereof I the sd Richard Julian have to this my last Will & Testament set my hand & Seale this Thirtieth day of December Anno Dom 1720
