In the name of God Amen I Gregory Julian the younger of Hose in the County of Leicester Clockemaker being weake in body but of perfect memory (praised bee God) doe ordaine and make this my Last will and Testament in manner and forme following

Imprimis I bequeath my Soule into the hands of Almighty God my Creator and Redeemer and my body to bee buried in the Church or Churchyard of Hose aforesaid

It I give unto my Sister Elizabeth Julian the summe of Tenn pounds to bee paid when shee shall accomplish the age of twenty and one yeares likewise I give unto her my … Bible gold ring in my … Howse … … and my boxes and silver spoones

It I give unto my mother Julian five shillinge

I give my brother James twelve pence to buy a paire of gloves and five shilling to Robt Marritt at London

It I give to the poore of Hose ten shillinge

It I give Henry Wrayes wife ten shilling

It I give James Kemp the younger of Hose ten shillinge

It I give to every servt about sd houses twelve pence a peece

Lastly I give unto my Brother Richard Julian all the rest of my goods chattells and chattles Bonds and debts whatsoever unbequeathed whom I make full and sole executor of this my Last will and testament my rents debts and Legacies being first paid and my funeral charges discharged
