In the Name of God Amen I Elizabeth Julian of Hose In the County of Leicester Widow Do this Sixth day of September In the Year of our Lord one thousand seven hundred and sixty one Make this my Last Will and Testament in Manner Following

First I resign my Soul into the Hands of Almighty God my Creator and my Body I commit to the Earth to be decently Buried at the Discretion of my Executrix Herein after Named

And as for such temporal Estate which it hath pleased God to Bestow upon me I give and Dispose of the same as Followeth

First I give unto Elizabeth the Daughter of my Nephew John Stokes the sum of thirty pounds to be paid when she attains to the Age of twenty one

I give unto Mary Stokes the Daughter of my Nephew John Stokes the sum of Thirty pounds to be paid when She attains to the Age of twenty one

I give unto John Stokes The son of my Nephew John Stokes the sum of ten pounds To be paid when hee attains to the Age of twenty one

I give unto Henry Stokes the son of my Nephew John Stokes The sum of twenty pounds to be paid When hee attains to the Age of twenty one

I give unto Richard Stokes the son of My Nephew John Stokes the sum of twenty pounds To be paid When hee attains to the Age of twenty one And If any of them Dies Before they Attain to the Age of twenty one it is to go Amongst the rest

I give also all the rest of my Goods Chattle Chattles And personal Estate of What kind soever my Debts Legacies and funeral Expences being first paid and Discharged I give and bequeath the same unto my said Nephew John Stokes who I apoint my full Sole Exeuctrix [sic] of this my Will hereby revocking all former Wills by me Made Declaring this to be my Last Will and Testament

In Witness Whereof I the said Elizabeth Julian the testator have here unto set my hand and seal

Signed Sealed published and Declared by the said Elizabeth Julian the testator for and as her last Will and testament in the presence of us Who have Subscribed our Names as Witness in her presence
