In the Name of God Amen I Elizbeth Julian of Hose in the County of Leicester Widow the Relict of Stephen Julian late of Hose aforesaid yeoman decd doe make this my last Will and Testament in manner following that is to say

Imprimis I commend my Soul of God who gave it and my Body I commit to the Earth hopeing through the onely Merits and Mediation of my blessed Lord and Saviour Jesus Christ for a Joyfull Resurrection to life Eternall

Allsoe I Give and Bequeath to my two daughters Dorothy and Elizabeth Julian All my personall Estate Goods and Chattells whatsoever to be equally divided amongst them and to be applied towards their respective Maintenances and Educations by my Extor hereinafter named

And lastly I doe ordain and appoint Richard Hurd of Hose aforesaid sole Extor of this my last Will and Testament hereby Revokeing all former Wills and Testaments whatever by me at any time heretofore made

In Witnesse whereof I the said Elizabeth Julian the Testatrix have hereunto set my Hand & Seale the 2d day of May Anno Dni 1714
