Thomas Judson of Hose 1716 Will and Inventory

In the Name of God Amen I Thomas Judson of Hose in the County of Leicester Labourer being sick and weak of body but of perfect mind & memory thanks be to God therefore doe make this my Last will and Testament in Maner following

Imprimis I Comend my Soule into the hands of almighty God who Gave it me and my body to the Earth to be buried in a decent maner by my Executors hereafter Named and as touching the worldly Estate it that pleased God to bestow upon me I Give and dispose thereof as followeth

Imprimis I Give to my Son Thomas Judson and Margary his wife the Sume of Twelve pence a peise

Item I Give to my Loveing wife Elizabeth Judson dureing her Life all those my three Lands in the Liberties of Hose aforesaid which I have purchased of John Coe with their appurtenances and Immediately after her desease to my Loveing daughter Mary Judson and her heirs and assigns forever

Also all the Rest of my personall Estate undisposed of I Give to my Loveing wife Elizabeth and my said daughter Mary Judson whom I make Joynt Executors of this my Last will and Testament hereby Revokeing all former wills by me heretofore made

In Witness whereof I the said Thomas Judson have herein sett my hand and Seale this thirtieth day of August Anno Dni 1715

Sealed and delivered published and declared by the said Thomas Judson to be his Last will in the presence of us whose names are hereinto subscribed
