William Johnson of Saxelby 1807 Will

In the Name of God Amen I William Johnson of Saxelby in the County of Leicester Grazier do make and ordain this my last Will and Testament in manner and form following (that is to say)

I give and Bequeath All my Money Goods Cattle Chattels and Personal Estate (subject to the payment of all my Debts and my funeral Expences) unto my Friends Thomas Johnson, James Barnes and Edward Barnes all of Saxelby aforesaid their Executors and Administrators Upon Trust to apply the produce of my said Effects for the benefit of my Wife and Children for them to enjoy the same till the Children are brought up and when the Youngest Child attains the age of Twenty one Years then the same shall be equally divided between my Wife and my three Children and their representatives Share and Share alike and if it be that my Wife Marrys again then I give and bequeath her ten Pounds to be paid her by my Trustees out of the property now left be my and for her to leave this habitation to my Children

And I do appoint the said Thomas Johnson James Barnes and Edward Barnes joint Executors of this my last Will and Testament

In witness whereof I have hereunto set my hand and Seal this Twenty third day of May One thousand eight hundred and seven

Signed Sealed published and declared by the said William Johnson as his last Will and Testament in the presence of us who at his request have subscribed our Names in his presence and in the presence of each other

Let probat be granted to Thomas Johnson, James Barnes & Edward Barns joint Executors of the above written Will they being sworn to the due Execution thereof & also made oath that the whole personal Estate of the Testator at the time of his death did not amount in value to the sum of Two hundred pounds
