This is the last Will & Testament of me Jacob Johnson of Old Dalby in the County of Leicester Gentleman

I hereby revoke all former Wills heretofore made by me

I appoint my Wife Eliza Johnson and my son William Barnes Johnson (who are hereinafter called my Trustees) to be the Executors and Trustees of this my Will

I devise all my real estate whatsoever and wheresoever to my said Wife during her life without impeachment of waste And after her decease to my said son William Barnes Johnson in fee simple

I bequeath all my personal estate whatsoever to my Trustees upon trust to permit my said Wife to have the use and enjoyment thereof during her life and after her decease upon trust that my said son William Barnes Johnson shall have the beneficial use & enjoyment thereof for the period of one year at the expiration of which period I direct that the sum of Twelve hundred pounds shall be set apart and invested and the income paid to my daughter Fanny Baldock during her life for her separate use and after her decease I direct that the said sum of Twelve hundred pounds shall be divided between the children of my said daughter in equal shares and if there should be only one child the whole to be paid to such one child

And subject to the payment of the said sum of Twelve hundred pounds I bequeath all the residue of my personal estate whatsoever to my said son William Barnes Johnson for his own absolute use and benefit

In witness whereof I have hereunto set my hand this nineteenth day of December 1893

Signed and Declared by the said Jacob Johnson the Testator as and for his last Will in the presence of us both present at the same time who in his presence at his request and in the presence of each other have hereunto subscribed our names as witnesses
