In the Name of God Amen I Anne Jenkinson of Scalford in the County of Leicester Widow being Sick and weak in Body But of Sound Mind Memory and understanding and Considering the uncertainty of this life Doe make and ordain this my last Will and Testament in manner and form following (that is to say)

First of all I give my Soul to God that gave it me And my Body I Commit to the Earth to be decently interred at the discretion of my Executrix herein after named And as for my Worldly Estate which hath pleased God to bless me with I give and dispose thereof as follows

In the first place I give and bequeath all and singular my Goods Cattle Stock Chattells rights Credits and personal Estate of What kind or nature soever unto my Sister Hellen Auwood of Scalford aforesaid Spinster and Thomas Willburn of Thorpe Arnold in the Said County of Leicester Grazier to be Equally divided between them share and share alike

And Also I doe hereby Appoint them the Said Hellen Auwood and Thomas Willburn full and Joint Executrix and Executor of this my Last Will and Testament Revoking all former and other Wills by me att any time heretofore made

And I doe hereby order and direct my said Executrix and Executor faithfully to pay and discharge my funeral Expenses and all Just Debts

In Witness whereof I the said Anne Jenkinson the Testatrix have hereunto set my hand and Seale this Second day of October in the year of our Lord one Thousand seven Hundred and fifty two
