In the name of God Amen I Thomas Jarvis of Eaton in the County of Leicester husbandman some thinge weake in body but whole in minde and of perfecte good sense and memorye praysed be god doe make and ordaine this my last will and Testamente in maner and forme followinge
First and before all things I comend mye soule into the mercyfull hands of Almightye god my maker hoppinge to bee saved by the merritts of the death and passion of Jesus Christ my Redeemer and by noe other meanes and my body to the earth from whence it came and to bee buryed in the Churchyard of Eaton aforesaid
Item I give unto the Church of Eaton one shilling
It I give unto the poore of Eaton 1s
It I give unto my daughter Anne Jarvis one pownde to be paid to her att the age of 21 yeares
Item I give unto my daughter Elizebeth Jarvis one pownde to be paid to her at the age of 21 yeares
It I give unto my daughter Margret one pownd to bee paid to her att the age of 21 yeares
It I give unto my daughter Jane Jarvis one pownde to bee paid to her at the age of 21 yeares
It I give unto daughter Darrathy Jarvis one pounde to bee paide to her at the age of 21 yeares
It I give unto my daughter Elline Jarvis one pounde to be paide to her at the age of 21 yeares and if any of these my Children die before the Come att age that then theire portion to be disstributed amongst all the Rest
Also I desire that my sister Elizabeth may have meate drinke and aparrell as longe as shee liveth with you
It I give unto my sone John Jarvis one bed with the longe Table and forme in the house with the fireiron and Reccons
It all the Rest of my goods moveable and unmoveable my debts paid and legacies Discharged I give unto my wife & to my sonne John Jarvis whom I make full & sole Executor of this my last will and Testament excepte all the Rest of my houshould goods I give wholly to my wife disposinge
