This is the last Will and Testament of me Hannah Jackson of the Parish of Stathern in the County of Leicester Widow

First I direct that all my just Debts Funeral and Testamentary expenses be paid

I Give and bequeath unto my Daughter Sarah Coulishaw the Sum of Fifty Pounds

I Give and bequeath unto my three Daughters Mary Musson Hannah Tewson and Ann Atkinson The Sum of Nineteen Pounds nineteen shillings each

I give and bequeath unto my two Sons William Jackson and Thomas Jackson The Sum of Nineteen Pounds nineteen shillings each

I give and bequeath unto my two Sons James Jackson and John Jackson The Sum of Ten Pounds each

I direct that the above mentioned Legacies be paid by my Executor at or before the expiration of twelve calendar months after my Decease

I subject and make chargeable my Freehold House and Land and appurtenances herein after devised situate in the Parish of Stathern aforesaid with payment of the aforesaid legacies

I Give devise and bequeath unto my Son Jervase Jackson all my Freehold House Lands and appurtenances thereunto belonging situate lying and being in the Parish of Stathern aforesaid his heirs and assigns for ever subject nevertheless to the Mortgage affecting the same and as to the payment of the Principal and Interest due thereon and also charged and chargeable with the legacies hereinbefore bequeathed to my children above stated

And as to all the residue and remainder of my Estate and Effects whatsoever and wheresoever and of what nature or Kind soever not hereinbefore disposed of after payment of my just Debts funeral and testamentary expenses I Give and bequeath the same and every part thereof unto my said Son Jervase Jackson for his own benefit and disposal

And I do hereby nominate constitute and appoint my said Son Jervase Jackson sole Executor for carrying this my last Will and Testament into effect and I do hereby and revoke and make void all former Wills and Testaments by me at any time heretofore made

In Witness whereof I the said Hannah Jackson the Testatrix have to this my last Will set my hand and Seal this thirty first Day of July In the Year of Our Lord One Thousand Eight Hundred and forty six

Signed, sealed, published and declared by the above named Hannah Jackson the Testatrix as and for her last Will and Testament in the presence of us present at the same time who have at her request in her presence and in the presence of each other have hereunto set our Names as Witnesses to the same

Jervase Jackson of the Parish of Stathern in the County of Leicester Farmer the sole executor in this will named was duly sworn to the truth & faithful performance thereof as usual & that the goods chattels & credits of the deceased do not amount in value to the sum of twenty pound & that the deceased died on the 14th day of February 1855
