Memorandum that Upon The Thirteenth day of November in the yeare of our lord god one Thousand Six Hundred Thyrtie Seaven William Hudson of Hosse in the Countie of Leicester Shepheard made his Last Will and Testament Nuncupative or by word of mouth onelye in This maner and forme following That is to say

Fyrst hee did Bequeathe his soule into The hands of Almightie god And his bodye to be buryed in the Churchyard of Hoosse Afforsayd

Item hee Gave unto Phillis Briscott one Eawe sheepe

Item hee Gave unto Elizabeth Hickman one Lambe hogge

Item hee did give unto his daughter in Lawe Joane Harston one Lambe hogge

Item hee did give unto his daughter in lawe Margrett Harston one lambe hogge

Item hee did give And bequeath All the rest of his goods of whatsoever Condition They be, unto Elizabeth Hudson his loving wife whome hee did say should be the sole executrix of his last will And Testament Nuncupative or by word of mouth only
