This is the last Will and Testament of me Mary Huckerby of Goadby Marwood in the County of Leicester Spinster

I give and bequeath to my Nephews George Huckerby and John Huckerby both of Scalford in the said County of Leicester the sum of Five pounds each and I give and bequeath unto my great Nephew Robert Mackley son of John Mackley of Goadby Marwood aforesaid and my niece Hannah his late Wife the sum of Twenty five pounds which has already been some time placed in the Savings Bank in the joint names of myself and the Reverend Stevenson Gilbert Bellairs Rector of Goadby Marwood aforesaid together with all Interest and accumulations thereon the same to remain in the Savings Bank to accumulate and to be paid to the said Robert Mackley if and when he shall attain the age of twenty one years but in case he should die under that age then the same to go unto and be paid to his said Father John Mackley his executors and administrators

And I give and bequeath all the rest residue and remainder of my personal estate and also I give and devise all the real estate (if any) to which I shall be entitled at my decease unto and equally between my said two nieces Mary Ash wife of Richard Ash of Woolsthorpe in the County of Lincoln and Catherine Lowe wife of Samuel Lowe of the Town of Nottingham their executors and administrators for their sole and separate use independently of their present or any future husband but subject to the payment of my just debts funeral and testamentary expenses and I appoint the said Mary Ash and Catherine Lowe executrixes of this my Will and I hereby revoke all former Wills and Testamentary writings

In witness whereof I have hereunto set my hand this sixteenth day of April one thousand eight hundred and sixty four
