This is the last Will and Testament of me Edward Hopkins of Nether Broughton Leicestershire Grazier

I give and devise all my Messuages or Tenements and Land adjoining in my own occupation and all other the real estate of which I shall die possessed unto my Wife Ann Hopkins her heirs and assigns for ever

I give and bequeath all my household Furniture Farming Stock and all other my personal estate and effects to my said Wife she paying my Debts Funeral and Testamentary Expences and I appoint my said Wife Executrix of this my Will

Witness my hand this 18th day of May 1869

Signed and published by the said Testator in the presence of us who at this Request in his presence and in the presence of each other have hereunto subscribed our names as Witnesses the same having been first read over to the said Edward Hopkins in our presence and he perfectly understood the same

Proved at Leicester on the Twenty second day of August 1892 by the Oath of Ann Hopkins, Widow the Relict, the sole Executrix to whom Administration was granted

The Testator Edward Hopkins was late of Nether Broughton in the County of Leicester Grazier and died on the Eleventh day of July 1892 at Nether Broughton aforesaid

Personal Estate Gross £51.15.0.  No deduction.
