This is the Last Will and Testament of me Mary Elizabeth Holroyd of Abb Kettleby in the county of Leicester

I hereby revoke all wills and testamentary instruments heretofore by me made

I appoint Richard Sellars of Abb Kettleby Baker and William Stocks Burnett of Holwell Farmer to be the Executors of this my Will

I direct my Executors to pay my just debts and Funeral and Testamentary Expenses

I give and bequeath the sum of Twenty pounds and the interest thereon to my son John Robert and the remainder of my banking account I give to my daughter Ann Emma

I give the sum of One hundred pounds to my said daughter Ann Emma being the sum insured with the Prudential Assurance Company and the bonus thereon I give to my daughter Ethel

I give the long cased clock and the mahogany dining table to my eldest son Horace

I give the oak chest of drawers the canopy bedstead and wardrobe to my son Edgar

I give the square oak stand the small oak table and the armchair to my said son John Robert

I give the clock in the glass case, the pair of vases the silver plated teapot and the small round oak stand to my son Wilfred

I give the china tea service the oak table with two leaves the picture worked on white silk and one silver bracelet to my said daughter Ethel

I give the linen cupboard and a quantity of linen the oak table with one leaf the needlework picture the two small oil paintings the wicker chair the willow pattern meat and pudding plates the two large willow pattern meat dishes and one silver bracelet to my said daughter Ann Emma also the feather bed upon which I am now lying I give to my said daughter Ann Emma

It is my wish that this my Will shall be carried out as early as possible after my death except the distribution of the articles of furniture the time for which I leave to the discretion of my husband Robert Holroyd
