This is the last Will and Testament of me Ann Hitherly of Sysall [sic] in the County of Nottingham Spinster

I revoke all Wills and Testamentary dispositions heretofore made by me

I appoint John Edward Mills of Cotes Nr Loughborough in the County of Leicester Farmer and James Eggleston of Thorpe in the Glebe in the County of Nottingham Farmer (hereinafter called “my Trustees”) to be the Executors and Trustees of this my Will

I devise and bequeath the whole of my Real and Personal estate of whatsoever nature or kind and wheresoever situate unto my Trustees in Trust to sell and convert the same into ready money and after payment thereout of my funeral and testamentary expenses and debts to divide the residue in the following shares:

One tenth thereof to John Edward Mills of Cotes Ne Loughborough, One tenth thereof to John Robert Mills of Cootamondra, New South Wales, Australia, One tenth thereof to Sarah Jane Eggleston of Thorpe in the Glebe, One tenth thereof to Annie Maria Emmerson of Wymeswold, One tenth thereof to William Mills of Park Farm Castle Donington, One tenth thereof to Elizabeth Mills the widow of Albert Mills, One tenth thereof to Mabel Mills of Turnpost Farm Wymeswold, One tenth thereof to Mary Maria Turner of Sutton in the Elms, One tenth thereof to Fanny Helena Mills of Wymeswold and the remaining one tenth thereof to be equally divided between Lucy Turner, Jessie Turner and Hilda Turner of Sutton in the Elms

I direct that if any of the before named Beneficiaries shall die during my lifetime leaving issue the share of such deceased Beneficiary shall go to such issue and if more than one equally but failing any issue such share of such deceased Beneficiary shall go to the remaining Beneficiaries in equal shares
