This is the last Will and Testament of me John Hill of Grimston in the County of Leicester Blacksmith
I Give and Bequeath to my Daughter Elizabeth Hill the Sum of Twenty Pounds
I Give and Bequeath to my Daughter Ann the Wife of Charles Musson of Ab Kettleby in the said County of Leicester Joiner the sum of Twenty Pounds to be paid to them respectively by my Executor hereinafter named within six calendar months after my decease
I Give and Bequeath all my Blacksmith Forge and Tools to my Son Asher Hill to be delivered up immediately after my decease
I Give and Bequeath All and singular the Household Goods and Furniture Plate Linen Debts Money and Securities for Money and all other my personal Estate and Effects whatsoever except as hereinbefore given which I am now or shall be possessed of at my decease Subject nevertheless to the payment of the above mentioned Legacies and all my just Debts Funeral and Testamentary expences Unto my Son Herbert Hill for his own absolute use and benefit and I appoint my said Son Herbert Hill Sole Executor of this my Will
I hereby revoke all Wills by me heretofore made
In witness whereof I the said John Hill the Testator have hereunto set and subscribed my hand this fourth day of July One thousand eight hundred and sixty nine

Signed and declared by the said John Hill the Testator as and for his last Will and Testament in the presence of us who in his presence at his request and in the presence of each other present at the same time have hereunto set and subscribed our names as Witnesses

The Testator John Hill was late of Grimston in the County of Leicester Blacksmith and died on the seventh day of February 1873 at Grimston aforesaid
